Welcome to Westcott House B&B

A boutique bed and breakfast in Hudson, NY opened Memorial Day 2014, the house represents the merging of a nineteenth century Italianate structure with American and Italian antiques, mid-century furnishings, and art and photography collected over the past thirty years. We offer a full gourmet breakfast and three delicious bedrooms, each with a fireplace, en suite bath, queen bed with beautiful linens on luxurious pillow topped mattresses, fresh flowers, smart TV and Wi-Fi throughout the house. All designed to encourage you to sleep well, eat bountifully and repeat your visit soon!
  • Chris' beautifully decorated home was the perfect place to stay for us who had traveled to the area for a farmyard wedding celebrated about twenty minutes east of Hudson. Three cozy rooms awaited us as we arrived from DC, NYC and LA. Chris is an attractive, upbeat hostess who provides not only spotless comfortable bedrooms and artfully decorated public rooms, but very tasty, eclectic breakfasts. Rocky, Chris' live-in companion, is a sweet, small, well-mannered and impeccably-groomed canine. Her establishment is very convenient to both the antiques shopping scene in Hudson, and the many excellent restaurants and bars dotted throughout the village. The Saturday night crowd in town was a pleasant, lively mix of mature folks apparently in town for the antique shops and a young, professional group who most likely lived locally and worked in Albany, thirty minutes to the north. If you're heading to the upper Hudson valley, Chris' place is also convenient the mundane amenities of a small city (we needed an all-night drug store) and a quaint river crossing to the west bank (Rip van Winkle Bridge). We'll be back!
